About Us

The Wedgewood Estates Property Owner’s Association was established to preserve property values, enforce the protective covenants, maintain Association assets/improvements, review new projects requiring Architectural Review Committee approval and advocate with the City of Asbury for the maintenance of the Wedgewood Preserve.  The Association’s activities and meetings provide an opportunity for homeowners to meet, stay in touch with one another, voice concerns and provide input on projects and otherwise communicate with our Board. The activities, projects and other initiatives are funded with the annual homeowners dues.
